Job Description

Own end-to-end lifecycle of digital banking products
Define product strategy, roadmap, and value proposition
Drive digital adoption, usage, and revenue growth
Translate business goals into product features and priorities
Analyse customer data to optimise journeys and performance
Lead product backlog, user stories, and Agile delivery cycles
Collaborate with IT to deliver scalable, secure solutions
Partner with business, marketing, and operations teams
Ensure compliance with regulatory and risk requirements

The Successful Applicant

9+ years in product management roles within Digital/ Retail/ Corporate Banking
Exposure on Deposit, Loan or Fee Income Products will be an advantage
Strong business acumen with commercial mindset
Proven experience managing digital product lifecycles
Excellent knowledge in digital channels, including technical, market place and customer considerations
Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills to satisfy a wide range of internal and external customers with conflicting priorities and the ability to lead and influence.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Understanding of regulatory environment in banking
