Job Description - Bar Manager, Multi-Unit (Hong Kong)

Our partners operate a dynamic portfolio of neighbourhood-favourite venues, from an award-winning Nashville-inspired bar & eatery, to a cozy Australian wine bar. They are now seeking an ambitious Multi-Unit Bar Manager to work closely with the Beverage Director to spearhead menu creation, management of the beverage team, and lead global partnerships across the collection.

The ideal candidate will have:

3+ years experience in a highly regarded bar in a major city;
Prior experience in crafting an award-winning beverage program from scratch;
Intimate knowledge of an array of spirits with wine knowledge being an advantage;
Experience in managing a minimum sized team of five;
Knowledge in costing beverages, stocktake, analysing business trends;
The charisma and persona to genuinely engage with guests and represent and promote the bar in person and on social media;
A high level of attention to detail and organisation;
A roll-up-your-sleeves, lead-by-example style of leadership.
