Barista

Responsibilities:

· Manage the bar and floor operations

· Prepare high standard drinks to guests, including coffee, tea and cocktails

· Monitor the inventory of liquor/wine and other bar supplies

· Keep bar area neat and tidy and ensure the compliance of the safety and sanitation requirement

· Good command of spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin is an advantage

Requirements:

· At least 2 years’ relevant experience in the bar industry

· Know how to mix wide range of drinks and brew coffee with latte art

· Self-motivated with strong interpersonal and communication skills

· Passionate about guest service and able to work well in a team under pressure

· Fluent in Cantonese is preferred
