Bartender (Lounge)

Role Introduction

Reports to: Lounge Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

Deliver excellent customer service with warmth and professionalism, responsibilities include and are not limited to:Stay updated on beverage knowledge, including wine, spirits, cocktails, and teaAssist guest in taking orders and provide menu recommendationsEnsure efficient delivery of drinks and snacks according to specificationsAddress bespoke drink requests and maintain customer satisfactionMaintain lounge cleanliness and uphold stock levels

Requirements

Right to work in Hong Kong

Minimum age of 18

Relevant working experience in catering hospitality, fine dining, sizeable luxury hotel, lounge, airport or in similar capacity is an advantage

Knowledge of wines, spirits, and cocktail, is an advantage

Proficient in English

Good teamplayer, and customer-oriented attitude

Flexible to working in different working hours and overtime if needed
