Job Duties

• Prepare and update BIM models as advised by engineers and perform rendering or animation as required
• Attend and assist in project coordination meetings
• Coordinate with internal team to follow up client’s request and ensure that deliverables are submitted on time
• Assist in development of BIM standard and templates
• Exchange the information through various Common Data Environment(CDE) platforms with project stakeholders
• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned
• Assist the deliverables on as-built stage

Job Requirements

• Holder of higher diploma or above in Building Services, Architecture or any related discipline
• Good knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit or Navisworks, with practical experience in using BIM software highly preferred
• Familiar with 4D & 5D will be a definite advantage
• Experience on as-built stage will be an advantage
• Minimum 1 year working experience
• Strong time management and problem-solving skills
• Committed to achieve targets
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to work under pressure
• Excellent inter-personal communication skills
• Have a good command of English and Chinese
• Member of CIC of Certified BIM Coordinator or Associate member of HKIBIM or equivalent qualification will be an advantage
• Candidate of more experience will be considered as Senior BIM Modeller
• Work location: Tung Chung
