Branch Manager (Retail Banking)

Responsibilities:

• Develop branch sales and marketing plans to achieve sustainable business results
• Responsible for branch sales governance and compliance control
• Supervise day to day sales activities and ensure all branch staffs are fully complied with relevant regulatory requirements, code and guidelines
• Upkeep the brand quality through branch service delivery that constantly exceeds customer expectations
• Ensure branch to achieve customer service standards and process to ensure such standards are consistently met to achieve targeted customer satisfaction rating
• Lead branch staffs to achieve company vision and business goals within the context of overall corporate directives and guiding principles

Requirements:

• Degree holder or above in Business or Finance
• Minimum 8 years' practical experience in Retail Banking, with key focus in Sales & Marketing Management
• Pleasant and outgoing personality with good interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficient in Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Proficient in both English and Chinese; fluency in Putonghua an advantage
