Job Description - Branch - Marketing Assistant

Responsibilities

Deliver quality customer service and provide proactive support to the Relationship Managers

Achieve service excellence in handling customer issues and product enquiries in a timely, accurate and responsive manner

Support daily marketing activities and perform administrative duties, such as preparing reports, conducting market research and scheduling customer appointments etc.

Assist in ad hoc marketing activities, both in-branch and off-site promotions

Requirements

University graduate preferred

Possesses IIQE licenses is an added advantage

Minimum of 1 year's working experience, preferably gained in retail banking field

Familiar with retail banking products and related market trend

A good team player with strong communication skill, and able to manage tasks efficiently

Proficient in MS Office application

Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
