Job Description - Branch Sales Manager

Responsibilities:

Assist the Branch Manager in managing the sales staff of personal banking business, to promote the sales and cross-border business development, and enhance sales productivity and service capacity;
Supervise, train and support the sales staff of personal banking business to create cooperative atmosphere, enhance morale and maximize subordinates' talents.

Requirements:

Degree holder or above, with 5 years or above relevant experience in banking industry;
Qualifications in HKSI and IIQE;
With AHKIB, ACIB/CRWP qualification an advantage;
Good command of both verbal and written English and Chinese;
Familiar with common PC and Office applications.
