GoTymeX is the technology and operations division of TymeGroup. We develop software for our business units, GoTyme Bank, which operates in South Africa and Southeast Asia and is rapidly expanding across Asia-Pacific. Based primarily in Vietnam, our team is distributed globally.

The Team

The role we are seeking will be part of the Design Team, which includes 30 professionals such as UX designers, UI designers, Design System specialists, Motion designers, Brand designers, UX Researchers, UX Writers, and UX strategists. We work together through meetings, critiques, and data-driven decisions. We are obsessed with quality design, and our commitment is reflected in our award-winning products. The Role

We seek a highly skilled and passionate Brand Designer (Senior/Lead) with experience in digital product design (UX/UI).
The impact will be on: our consumer apps (B2C) 80%, external partners (B2B)10%, as well as internal communication within our organization 10%.

Critical thinking, a systematic mindset, and the ability to focus on the big picture rather than individual touchpoints are essential qualities for this role. Great design scale gracefully.

Location
This position may offer remote work options.
Since most of the design team is based in HCMC, we provide a competitive relocation package for candidates willing to move, and we are open to initial remote collaboration with a subsequent relocation.

• 5+ years of proven work experience as a Senior Brand Designer, mainly in in-house or branding design studios.
• AI advocate – Being able to understand how Ai impact on the process rather than the output it’s a critical part.
• Excellent English communication skills, enabling effective communication with all stakeholders. This is a multi-country role within a multinational team.
• You have a portfolio of beautiful, detail-oriented Brand designs (not conceptual) showcasing the delivery of successful projects to the market.
• Motion and/or 3D expertise is a significant advantage
• Work across both corporate brand and product to create cohesion and visually unify the company as one.
