Breakthrough Apprenticeship (One year contract)

The Hong Kong China Rugby (HKCR) is seeking a highly motivated, enthusiastic, and outgoing individual to join our Community Department, in the position of Rugby Participation Officer.

Speci fic responsibilities

• Implement assigned Sport Development Programmes
• Assist in budget preparation and management, including preparation of payment orders and invoices to support events and programs.
• Coordinate school rugby program included planning, operation and supervise etc.
• Maintain a close working relationship with schools and coaches.
• Assist to manage part-time coaches to facilitate instructed delivery of all rugby programs.
• Deliver rugby training sessions and support HKCR and Breakthrough events if required.
• Any other ad-hoc project or administrative duties as assigned by the Rugby Participation Leader.

Your profile

• High Diploma holder in Sport management or in a related field will be an advantage.
• Be a Hong Kong permanent resident.
• Show evidence of an interest in pursuing a career in the sports industry, e.g. volunteering with HKCR or other sports associations.
• Have a desire to learn and develop, both personally and professionally.
• Be a team player with good interpersonal skills.
• Being able to communicate in both Cantonese and English is an advantage.
• Be self-motivated, be well organised and be able to work independently.
