Building Service Officer / Engineer (5 days work)

Our client is a Leading Property company, engaged in property investment, rental and development, estate management and hotel operations. They are currently seeking for a Building Service Officer to join their team. Responsibilities:

• Handle general building maintenance and fit-out projects
• Responsible for the day-to-day repair & maintenance of a mixed property portfolio of office, industrial, residential, commercial and retail shops
• Supervise the contractors on site and check quality and progress of works, to ensure quality level up to standard workmanship and output
• Handle emergency cases due to breakdown of essential building services system and other issues
• Responsible for the day-to-day repair & maintenance of a mixed property portfolio of office, industrial, residential, commercial & retail properties

Requirements: 

• Diploma in Building Engineering, Building Surveying or equivalent related subjects
• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience
• Possess Construction Industry Safety Training Certificate
• Registered Electrical Worker License “A” Holder or above
• Good command in speaking and writing English and Chinese
• Familiar with AutoCAD and good computer skill
• Familiar with Buildings Ordinance and Local Regulations (e.g. Minor Works System)
