Responsibilities

1. According to the company's strategic goals and directions, be responsible for the review and evaluation of the incentive subsidy policies and activity systems of e-commerce users, merchants, influencers and institutions, and drive the achievement of business goals 2. Regularly and systematically review various incentive policies, sort out and refine general approval principles, optimize relevant cost and benefit calculation models, and improve the policy input-output ratio 3. Based on the review of policy data and in-depth understanding of the business, provide support and implementation guidance for the industry to solve the pain points in the actual business process 4. Continue to pay attention to market conditions and competitive situations, and formulate and adjust prevention and response plans as needed.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor degree or above, more than 5 years of experience in Internet business analysis, business analysis and strategic consulting is preferred 2. Have the ability to analyze complex data, and those who are proficient in using data analysis software are preferred 3. Have innovative thinking ability, logical and structured thinking ability, and be good at summarizing rules from complex phenomena 4. Have certain project management experience and excellent communication and coordination skills.
