Business Analyst

Responsibility

Conduct user requirement studies, perform system analysis, and design solutions that meet business needs effectively.
Manage vendors, contractors, and business partners to ensure timely delivery cost control, and quality of deliverables.
Apply application architecture principles' standards, and best practices throughout development.
Lead system support and maintenance for systems.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Telecomunications, Computer Science or a related field.
Over 2 years of experience in telecom operator IT systems, preferably with involvement in business support system projects and familiarity with telecom industry business rules (e.g., package design, billing,customer service processes).
Effective communication skills for interacting with various stakeholders.
Fluent in English and Chinese, and Cantonese is an advantage.
