Job Description - Business Analyst

Responsibilities and requirements:
  • Lead process analysis and process mapping across insurance operations.
  • Gather and document business requirements, user stories, and target-state workflows.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to senior stakeholders.
  • Partner with business and technology teams to translate requirements into deliverable initiatives and solutions.
  • Support strategic transformation initiatives across insurance products and HNW business.
  • Strong understanding of the end-to-end insurance product lifecycle and operations.
  • Excellent process mapping, business analysis, stakeholder management and presentation skills, with strong business acumen.
  • Ability to think strategically, understand the big picture, and solve business problems.
  • Consulting experience is highly regarded. Regional experience is highly preferred.
  • HNW project experience is a plus.
  • Fluency in English. Cantonese is not a must.
