Business Analyst, Cards Technology - Top Bank

Support delivery of card and payments
initiatives by gathering requirements, defining business processes, and working
with technology teams to deliver solutions across the card lifecycle. The role
focuses on card products, payment processing, reconciliation, operations, and
stakeholder coordination in a regulated banking environment.

What you’ll do

• Gather and document business requirements for card and payment
  changes.
  
• Map current and future processes across authorisation,
  settlement, reconciliation, disputes, and servicing.
  
• Work with IT, operations, procurement, compliance, and testing
  teams to support delivery.
  
• Support UAT, issue triage, and process rollout.
  
• Prepare user stories, process flows, and functional
  documentation for Agile delivery.
  

Requirements

What you need

• Experience as a Business Analyst in cards, payments, or banking
  technology.
  
• Good understanding of credit/debit cards, card processing, and
  payment flows.
  
• Strong stakeholder management and requirement -gathering skills.
  
• Familiarity with Agile delivery and cross -functional project
  environments.
  
• Exposure to card operations, reconciliation, and
  risk/compliance controls.
  

Nice to have

• Experience with virtual cards, lodge cards, or commercial card
  products.
  
• Knowledge of ERP systems such as Oracle.
  
• Experience working across global teams and vendor partners.
