About The Client Our client is a well-established global retail group and they are now looking for Business Analyst to join the team.
Job Description
- Responsible for Oracle/Dynamic ERP system integration, synchronize logistics across all facilities and warehouses on APAC region
- Gather and analyse user requirements, gap analysis, UAT to end user support
- Be the key interface between finance, supply chain and other BUs, and manage vendor to resolve the technical issues and achieve business needs
- Prepare user guideline and assist in user training
Qualifications :
- Degree holder in Computer Science or Business administration related disciplines
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in ERP system migration/upgrade, preferably working at retail or FMCG industries
- Familiar with Dynamic D365 or Oracle EBS is preferred
- Proficiency in inventory management (inbound orders, outbound orders, Journal entries...etc.)
- Sound knowledge in SQL
- High ability to work with all business level with good communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-organized, good team player with good documentation skills
- Good command in both English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Mandarin)
