About the company

A reputable insurance company provides a wide range of operation projects. As part of its continued growth and adaptation to market demands, the company is seeking an experinced Business Analyst.

About the role

As a Business Analyst, you will play a vital role in handing the insurance operation project, UAT, and liaised with different stakeholders

Responsibilities

Oversaw the entire project lifecycle of a insurnace operation project.
Documented business requirements and collaborated with all stakeholders.
Provided insights and enhancements for upgraded processes.
Executed User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure effective management of the process.
Support projects aimed at automating processes and enhancing digital adoption
Assisted with various ad-hoc projects as needed.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in in Business Information Systems or any related discipline
3-5 years of experience on business analysis in financial services segment
Strong analytical, organizational, and presentation skills, with the ability to work independently.
Understanding Agile Application Development is a Significant Advantage.
Proficient in both spoken and written English.
Immediate availability or a short notice period preferred.
