Business Analyst (MT4/ MT5)

A Major Regulated Broker providing a wide range of services with access to financial markets and great trading experiences, is seeking a talented individual who is responsible, independent, takes initiative, is creative, communicative and interested in joining the Product Team.

Reporting to Senior Business Analyst, this position is responsible for global projects and tracking progress to ensure delivery is on time.

For our client, this role acts as a bridge to increase the internal cross-departmental / cross-regional collaborations, transparency and communications to ensure the progress of the projects are meeting the expectations and timeline.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate cross-functionally with global stakeholders and technology teams to deliver high-quality product releases and enhancements on schedule.
• Optimize end-to-end operational processes for in-house products, including user acquisition, conversion strategies, and workflow efficiency improvements.
• Conduct comprehensive market research and competitive analysis to identify user needs, inform product strategy, and develop functional specifications and requirement documents.
• Architect the core logic and conceptual design of products, translating business objectives into clear functional requirements for trading, algorithm, and development teams.
• Evaluate and refine product aesthetics, user experience (UX), and visual design to ensure they are suitable for various scenarios and business needs.
• Monitor project development timelines, proactively address bottlenecks, and ensure alignment with milestones through close coordination with engineering teams.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and technical teams throughout the product lifecycle, resolving challenges and adapting to evolving requirements.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience as a technical Business/Product Analyst preferably within a Financial Institute
• Candidates with experience in trading systems will be prioritized, primarily Meta Trader MT4/ MT5
• Understanding full front to back-office workflow including account opening, KYC, risk management, customer onboarding services, IB rebate or partnership management etc.
• Experience working in agile teams, with the ability to adapt and iterate quickly
• Positive attitude, mature, independent and strong desire to deliver exceptional results with great attention to accuracy and detail
• Demonstrated experience with user stories, business and system specifications, business context diagrams and business process map
• Proficiency in project management tools (JIRA, Confluence,)
• Good communication and strong problem-solving skills
• Good command in written and spoken Cantonese, Mandarin and English
