The Role

This hybrid role combines the strategic mindset of a Business Analyst with the execution-focused skills of a Project Manager. You will be responsible for managing end-to-end projects in the capital markets space, including system enhancements, market connectivity initiatives, and trading platform upgrades. Youll gather requirements, define solutions, manage timelines, and ensure successful delivery of high-impact technology and business projects.

The Requirements

• 5 to 10 years of experience in capital markets as a Business Analyst, Project Manager, or hybrid role
• Deep understanding of securities trading workflows and market connectivity protocols
• Proven ability to manage full project lifecycles, from requirements gathering to implementation
• Strong stakeholder management skills, both internal and external
• Experience with Agile and/or Waterfall project methodologies
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience working with FIX protocol, trading systems, or market data feeds is a plus
