Job Description - Business Analyst - Project Manager (contract) - insurance

Position Summary We are looking for an experienced Platform Manager to oversee a variety of projects focused on client needs across different business units. This role will involve close collaboration with various teams to ensure that our clients receive top-notch service and strategic guidance.

Key Responsibilities

Handle and manage projects, ensuring unique client needs are met.
Collaborate closely with teams to develop tailored solutions.
Create and present strategic reports and presentations to stakeholders.
Effectively manage stakeholder relationships and ensure alignment across teams.
Draw flow diagrams and other visual aids to clarify project plans and objectives.
Focus on enhancing user experience (UX) in all projects.
Drive operational improvements to elevate performance within the team.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Project Manager (PM) or Business Analyst (BA), ideally within the insurance sector.
Strong background in strategy and transformation, particularly in a consulting role.
Excellent presentation and communication skills, capable of conveying complex concepts clearly.
Demonstrated capability in managing stakeholder relationships effectively.
Presentable with a professional demeanor.
Familiarity with UX design concepts is essential; knowledge of UI design is a plus.
