Business Analyst - Regulatory Reporting

Responsibilities:

• Write and/or review BA documentation (e.g. function spec, user guide)
• Communication between different stakeholders. Coordinate the contributions from the various parties to ensure the planning is followed. Contribute to the efficiency of the delivered solution
• To perform data analysis, data modelling & process automation
• Document the County's existing systems architecture and technology portfolio; make recommendations for improvements and/or alternatives.
• Provide architectural expertise and direction, and assistance to the teammates for system and software development.
• Keep track of long-term benefits of solutions put designed and rolled out
• Perform/support system testing
• Providing necessary production support

Qualifications:

• 6+ years' experience in data projects as business analyst, familiar with project management, data analysis, system implementation project
• Familiar with SQL, database (Oracle preferred), data structure and modelling understanding, Familiar with Alteryx or Spark
• Financial industry, regulatory/ financial reporting exposure would be an advantage.
• Familiar with programming languages (Java, Python) is a huge plus
• Degree in Computer Science, Information System or related subjects
• Good communication in English
