Business Function

Risk Management Group (RMG) is responsible for the development and maintenance of risk management and internal control frameworks. We provide independent review and challenge to business to ensure that appropriate balance is considered in risk/return decisions. In addition, RMG is responsible for the monitoring and reporting on key risk issues of the Bank. To manage risk effectively and deliver strong financial performance, we invest significantly in our people and infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Responsible or assist in the management of significant projects (e.g., strategic change management, new business and product initiatives, process re-engineering, establishment of control procedures) within this infrastructure area.
• Works on multi-disciplinary projects and require a broad knowledge of the bank and its key functions. Within the program office, incumbents use knowledge of the development lifecycle to monitor or assist to ensure completion of projects on schedule. These projects necessitate full-time commitment and are not undertaken by incumbents whose primary roles are elsewhere.
• Strong quantitative, analytical, and project management skills are required. Incumbents may utilize agile software development methodologies, etc..
• As a middle-level Business Systems Analyst, specializes in acting as the primary interface between Technology and specific business areas, identifying business unit requirements, creating project and process specifications,
• coordinating with project teams, and ensuring adherence to schedules and budgets

Requirement

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in software development project management with Scrum/Agile/DevOps methodologies are preferred
• Experience in using Jira and Confluence for project progress tracking and communication
• Sufficient level of technical background to accurately and objectively evaluate project risk and issues for driving resolutions
• Good team player and strong ability to take ownership of issues and drive resolution across teams
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skill
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English, Chinese
