Business Analyst (up to $27K x 13 mth / 20 AL)

Responsibilities:

• Support the end-to-end implementation of business systems, including testing, installation, configuration, upgrades etc.
• Provide user training and post-live support to maximize the adoption and effective use of the systems
• Conduct the Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) process to enable data integration across systems
• Generate reports and perform data analysis using SQL and business intelligence platforms like Tableau or Power BI
• Identify issues, and propose solutions to optimize system efficiency and effectiveness
• Assist with IT business analysis, process mapping, and project management deliverables
• Work closely with development teams / vendors to provide application support

Requirements:

• Degree in Information Technology or a related discipline
• 1-3 years of experience in IT solution implementation in a sizable organization
• Proficiency in SQL Server and Microsoft 365 applications
• Experience with system integration, such as EDI and API
• Basic knowledge in IT infrastructure (firewall, cloud, Lan, WAN etc.)
• Excellent interpersonal, analytical and report-writing skills
• Proficient in both verbal and written business English
