Business Development Consultant – Intermediary Sales
Hong Kong (Kowloon) | Hybrid working
Full-time | Permanent | 40 hrs/week

As a Business Development Consultant, you’ll play a pivotal role in expanding our footprint across Hong Kong by driving new business through strategic intermediary partnerships.

What you’ll do:

  • Drive new business growth through intermediaries and distribution partners
  • Build and nurture high-impact relationships with key decision-makers
  • Represent Bupa Global’s full suite of international health insurance products
  • Identify strategic opportunities and develop tailored growth plans
  • Collaborate across teams to ensure client needs are met with precision
  • Stay ahead of market trends, pricing, and competitor offerings

What you’ll bring:

  • Proven sales experience in international health insurance or financial services
  • Strong network and track record with intermediaries or third-party channels
  • Commercial acumen and confidence in high-value negotiations
  • Experience working across cultures and navigating regulatory frameworks
  • A consultative, solutions-focused mindset and ability to work independently
