Key Responsibility
Develop and Execute Sales Strategy: Design and implement a comprehensive BD plan to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
Lead and Build the Sales Team: Recruit, train, and coach BD representatives to exceed quotas and foster a high-performance culture.
Drive Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including prospecting, pitching, and closing deals with key accounts.

Qualifications:
Experience: 5+ years in B2B sales, with at least 2 years in a sales leadership or management role.
Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales quotas and growing revenue.
Leadership Skills: Experience recruiting, training, and managing sales teams with a coaching mindset.
