Business & Development Manager

Responsibilities:

• Degree holder or equivalent in Real Estate, Property Management or related discipline
• Minimum 3 years working experience in property leasing and tenancy administration
• Responsible for the leasing and tenancy management of Group’s property portfolio
• Strengthen business network and maintain professional relationship with both landlords, corporate clients, tenants, property agencies and business partners
• Good knowledge of the property and F&B market
• Work closely with Project Team and oversee the project planning & scheduling, design co-ordination and submission to Landlord
• Self-motivated, well-organized, independent and with strong sense of responsibility
• Excellent command in both spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Proficiency in using MS Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Perform ad-hoc assignments as required
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Business & Development Manager
