Business Development Manager

Hong Kong Baiji Financial Advisory are very experienced in the insurance broker industry. We are servicing over 10,000 clients and business partners. We focus on financial planning services, family office planning and asset management. Despite the challenges of the epidemic situation in 2021, we have acheived new HK policy premium total in hundreds of millions HKD.

We are working with top tier private banking and retail banking to provide a wide range of premium financing and saving products to cater our customer needs. Our asset management team support us with EAM service.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop a comprehensive training to cover product and sales training
• Develop marketing content to support customer seminars, workshops and social media program
• Collaborate with relationship managers to ensure the achievement of sales target
• Conduct product & market research and delivery regular updates
• Maintain excellent relationship with our business partners, major overseas market
• Handle ad hoc projects assigned by management

Job Requirements

• At least 3 years relevant sales experience in wealth management and insurance business 
• Insurance Intermediaries Qualifying Examination (IIQE) paper 1 & paper 3 is must and paper 5 will be an advantage
• University degree in a related discipline
• Familiar with Premium Financing products and working with banks will be an advantage
• Self-motivated, assertive, innovative with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
• Fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese and English
