Job Description - Business Development Manager - Corporate Services (MNC)

Responsibilities:

New Client Acquisition & Pipeline Development

Proactively identify and target new business opportunities through research, LinkedIn, events, referrals, and strategic networking.
Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline of qualified prospects
Lead end-to-end sales cycles

Solution Selling & Value Creation

Position our HR Advisory and Facilities Management services as strategic business enablers to C-level decision makers
Develop tailored proposals and commercial offers that demonstrate clear ROI and measurable business impact.
Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure seamless hand-over and high client satisfaction from day one.

Market & Relationship Building

Represent the firm at industry events, forums, and professional associations
Track market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities in HR and workplace services.
Work closely with marketing to support targeted campaigns and lead-generation initiatives.

Performance Management

Achieve annual new-business revenue targets (with clear quarterly KPIs).
Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline reporting

Requirements

Experience

Minimum 4-6 years of proven Business Development / Sales experience in professional services, ideally within HR consulting, facilities management, outsourcing, or related B2B advisory sectors.
Strong track record of consistently meeting or exceeding new-business targets
Experience selling to mid-to-large corporates, MNCs, and public-sector organisations in Hong Kong and APAC.

Education & Skills

Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Facilities Management, or related discipline
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in English and Cantonese (Mandarin is highly advantageous).
Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate client pain points into compelling solutions.
Self-starter with high energy, resilience, and a natural ability to build trust quickly.
