Your new role

Build and manage partnerships (banks, brokers, digital platforms) to distribute insurance products
Drive sales growth and meet revenue targets through partner channels
Develop tailored insurance solutions with internal teams
Maintain strong relationships with key partners and stakeholders
Identify new market opportunities to expand partnership network

What you'll need to succeed

3+ years of experience in sales or business development in the local & China market
Strong communication skills
Fluent in Cantonese, English & Mandarin
