Your new company is a Leading International Insurance firm with strong coverage in Asia, Europe and the Americas. They are a top-tier player offering unique insurance and investment products for their client base. As their business strengthens, they are expanding the team with a Business Development Manager with strong experience in Insurance Product Sales, Distribution and Agency/Broker Management to join the team.

Your new role

Develop and execute business growth strategies for the Life, Health, and Employe Benefits market, aligning product offerings with client needs and market trends.
Build and maintain strong relationships with insurance agents and key insurance brokers, supporting them with product knowledge, underwriting guidance, and sales enablement.
Identify new business opportunities within the channel to expand distribution reach and increase sales portfolio profitability.
Coordinate closely with underwriting, product, and operations teams to deliver tailored solutions for clients and ensure a seamless placement process.
Conduct regular performance reviews with broker partners, analyzing production data and implementing action plans to improve sales results.
Lead training, workshops, and marketing initiatives to enhance broker engagement and promote product understanding.

What you'll need to succeed

Bachelor's degree with 3 years of experience in Business Development, Agency Distribution or Insurance Sales
Knowledge in Insurance products including Life, Health, Employee Benefits, etc.
Relevant IIQE qualifications are preferred
Strong communication and presentation skills
Able to build strong relationships and manage key stakeholders
