Job Description - Business Development Manager (Proptech)

Our Client is a leading real estate software company revolutionizing the industry with innovative technology solutions under a public listed technology group of companies. As a fast -growing software company expanding globally, they leverage state -of -the -art real estate management tools and digital transformation initiatives. They are seeking a talented individual with experience in business expansion in Hong Kong to help grow the company's software products and solutions in the market.

Job Responsibilities

1. Prospecting & Strategy:

- Identify, engage, and build relationships with prospective clients to deeply understand their business challenges, processes, and objectives.

- Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive adoption of our digital solutions.

2. Sales Execution & Target Achievement:

- Own and exceed assigned quarterly and annual sales targets, contributing directly to the company's revenue goals.

- Manage the entire sales process, including needs analysis, solution presentation, commercial negotiation, and contract closure.

3. Solution Presentation & Proposal Preparation:

- Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, RFP/RFI responses, and tailored presentations that clearly articulate the value proposition of our solutions.

4. Customer Success & Relationship Management:

- Collaborate closely with project implementation and customer success teams to ensure a smooth handover and high customer satisfaction post -sale.

- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, building and maintaining strong, long lasting relationships to secure renewals and identify upselling opportunities.



Requirements

 
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration,
Information Technology, or a related field.

- 3 -5 years of
proven B2B sales or business development experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience successfully selling application software,
SaaS, or complex digital/technology solutions.

- Experience in
PropTech or the real estate industry is a strong advantage.
- Sales Expertise: Mastery of solution -selling and consultative sales
methodologies. Ability to navigate complex sales cycles.
 
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication,
presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Languages: Full professional proficiency in Cantonese and English is
essential. Proficiency in Mandarin is highly desirable.
- Personal Attributes: Highly self -motivated, entrepreneurial spirit, and
ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Strong client
relationship builder and a collaborative team player.
