What You Will Do
- Execute comprehensive field sales activities in accordance with established sales methodology
- Manage the complete sales process—from initial presentation to contract finalization—for prospects identified by the Inside Sales team
- Source and qualify new business opportunities, schedule client meetings, and finalize agreements
- Partner with interdepartmental teams (Marketing, Customer Success, Product) to maximize client satisfaction and value delivery
- Implement innovative sales strategies and develop additional use cases within emerging markets
What You Will Need
- 3–7 years of demonstrated B2B sales or business development expertise, particularly with Japanese clientele in Hong Kong and Taiwan markets
- Demonstrated success in engaging executive-level stakeholders and providing consultative business solutions
- Analytical problem-solving capabilities and demonstrated success with innovative sales methodologies
- Professional-level Japanese language proficiency, JLPT N1 certification required
- Self-directed work ethic and flexibility within dynamic organizational environments
- Proven experience marketing sophisticated offerings such as SaaS platforms, professional services, or information solutions
- Enterprise sales background with comprehensive knowledge of corporate decision-making frameworks
- Prior involvement in business development initiatives or venture creation
