Business Development Officer (Sales Support)

Responsibilities:

1. Work independently or support senior sales in business development and client relationship management with Institutional Sales Clients, Corporate Clients, Pension Fund, Sovereign Fund, Fund of Fund, etc.;
2. Support senior sales to maintain good relationship with existing distributions and expand the distribution network;
3. Conduct market research and other supports to assist the team in business development;
4. Prepare regular marketing materials, fund report and newsletter to distributors, including retail banks, IFAs, insurance agencies, etc.;
5. Coordinate KYC team to handle KYC onboarding, due diligence or other compliance related work, RFP and structuring of fund related activities;
6. Other ad hoc duties meet sales targets as assigned.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's Degree holder or above in Economics, Finance, Accounting or related fields with overseas educational background will be a plus;
2. With 2-5 years' relevant experience gained in fund house;
3. Type 4 and 9 license holder is preferred;
4. Familiar with SFC and other relevant regulations related to AML/CTF;
5. Presentable, result-driven with strong initiative and drive to succeed;
6. Positive and proactive attitude, team player, ability to work in a complex rapidly evolving workplace and team required;
7. Good proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint);
8. Good command in written and oral English and Chinese including Putonghua.
