Job Description - Business Development Team Lead


Our client first started in 2016 as a micro-influencer marketing platform. Over the years, the company has expanded into multiple business lines, including KOL services, live-streaming and China marketing.

Responsibilities

·        Source and identify partners to engage and establish partnerships to support the company's products, goals and business. Collaborate and consult with agencies in order to extend relationships, business development, and strategy.

·        Using different channels to build branding exposure and enhance lead generation from direct brand clients.

·        Acquisition, retention and reactivation as part of the strategies for client management.

·        Be an ongoing thought partner for the Management team regarding strategic initiatives.

·        Focus on customer success and be the point of contact for key accounts. Eager to resolve client’s issues and maintain strong relationships.

·        In charge of the whole business development process, including new client prospecting, structuring and negotiating commercial deals, client onboarding and continuous client support, regular business performance review, and up-sales.

·        Analyze data trends and performance, develop strategic business plans, and prepare and conduct strategic pitches and business presentations.

·        Own the assigned business target and assume a leadership role to support business growth.

·        Be responsible in optimizing conversion rates by moving leads through funnels with automation tools or systems.

·        Lead and manage BD Executive to ensure alignment with company objectives and business operational excellence.






Requirements

Skills And Requirements

·        University graduate with minimum 4-6 years B2B business development experience, preferably in the marketing agency

·        Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to collaborate both internally and externally

·        Mature, proactive, a self-starter with minimal supervision needed

·        Result-driven, able to work in a fast-paced environment

·        People management experience is desirable

·        Speak and write English, Cantonese, and preferable Mandarin

·        Skill in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; Google Analytics is a plus
