Business Development(BD)/Sales-Fintech & on-line securities

Key Responsibilities

1. Drive business development and partnership management with financial institutions in Hong Kong's wealth management market, including asset managers, banks and fund houses, to introduce public funds, private funds, structured products and other solutions to our platform
2. Engage and negotiate with system, market data and information vendors to facilitate commercial agreements and system integration, ensuring platform functionality and service delivery
3. Own end-to-end partnership implementation, continuously unlock partner value and coordinate internal/external resources to build a robust wealth management ecosystem
4. Monitor industry trends and identify emerging market opportunities to drive product innovation and support sustainable business growth

Requirements

1. Mandatory: Hold valid Hong Kong Identity Card or Hong Kong Permanent Identity Card with legal right to work in Hong Kong
2. Bachelor's degree or above, 8+ years relevant experience in wealth management or asset management industry with comprehensive market understanding
3. Deep knowledge of Hong Kong financial products, particularly public funds, private funds and structured products
4. Strong negotiation, communication and stakeholder management skills with excellent information gathering and analytical capabilities
5. Highly self-motivated, detail-oriented and able to work under pressure with strong execution ability
6. Fluent in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin; familiar with Cantonese-speaking region culture
7. CFA or FRM certification is a significant advantage
