Key Responsibilities: Where You Will Make an Impact

1. Strategic Growth & Market Leadership:

• Hunt and Farm: Develop and execute a strategic business development plan to identify, target, and secure new flagship accounts while nurturing and expanding existing client relationships.
• Shape Deals: Lead the entire sales cycle, from initial prospecting and consultative needs analysis to crafting compelling proposals, negotiating contracts, and closing high-value deals.
• Become an Industry Voice: Represent our company as a thought leader in the Hong Kong market, leveraging your network and industry knowledge to open new doors.

2. Client Partnership & Relationship Mastery:

• Trusted Advisor: Act as the primary strategic partner for your clients, deeply understanding their business to anticipate needs and deliver exceptional value.

3. End-to-End Project Sponsorship:

• Architect Solutions: Collaborate with our talented technical teams to translate complex client requirements into viable, innovative automation solutions.
• Orchestrate Delivery: Oversee the complete project lifecycle, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and exceed expectations. You are the client's advocate internally and the project's champion externally.

Who We Are Looking For (The Ideal Candidate)

• A proven track record (8+ years) in a senior business development, strategic account management, or leadership role within an IT services/consulting environment.
• Demonstrable experience in selling and overseeing the delivery of complex IT projects, such as process automation, RPA, AI solutions, or custom software development.
• A strong network of contacts within key industries in Hong Kong is a significant advantage.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage confidently with C-level executives.
• A strategic, results-oriented mindset coupled with a passion for technology and its business applications.
• Fluency in English and Cantonese is essential; Mandarin is a strong plus.
