Job Title: Business Management Specialist / Project & Data Analyst

Location: Central, Hong Kong

Position Summary

We are looking for a proactive Business Management Specialist who will oversee business and project management tasks, perform data analysis and statistical reporting, and support marketing activities. This role requires strong statistical skills, comfort with data-analysis tools, and the ability to translate data into clear reports and actionable recommendations.

Key Responsibilities:

Business & Project Management

1. Oversee day-to-day business operations and support project planning, tracking, and execution.
2. Coordinate cross-functional stakeholder communication to ensure milestones and deliverables are met on time.
3. Prepare and maintain project documentation, timelines, budgets, and risk logs.
4. Propose and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and quality.

Data Analysis & Statistical Reporting

1. Collect, clean, and validate business and project data from multiple sources.
2. Conduct statistical analyses and build models to identify trends, drivers, and opportunities.
3. Produce regular and ad-hoc dashboards, reports, and performance metrics for management.
4. Present findings and recommendations in clear written reports and visualizations.

Reporting & Documentation

1. Draft, edit, and finalize business reports, project summaries, and executive briefs.
2. Ensure reports are accurate, well-structured, and tailored for different audiences.

Marketing Support

1. Assist marketing team with campaign planning, execution, and performance measurement.
2. Prepare marketing materials (presentations, one-pagers, digital assets briefs) and organize marketing activities and events.
3. Use data insights to support market segmentation, targeting, and campaign optimization.

Qualifications & Skills:

1. Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Statistics, Economics, Data Science, Marketing, or a related field.
2. Experience: Up to 5 years of relevant work experience;
3. Technical skills:
4. Proficiency in data analysis and statistical methods.
5. Hands-on experience with statistical tools and software (e.g., Excel advanced functions, SQL, Python (pandas, numpy), R, SPSS, or similar).
6. Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or Excel charts).
7. Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to draft clear reports and present insights to stakeholders.
8. Project management: Basic project management skills and experience with project-tracking tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello, or Jira).
9. Personal attributes: Detail-oriented, analytical thinker, proactive, able to work independently and in teams, adaptable to a fast-paced environment.

Preferred (but not required)

1. Experience in marketing analytics or supporting marketing campaigns.
2. Prior experience in a cross-border or multinational business environment.
3. Certifications: Statistical or project management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, or relevant data certifications).
