Business Manager (Analytics) - Asset Management

Our client is a rapidly growing, high‑performing asset management firm with a strong track record, managed by established and experienced industry leaders. With a strong performance history and continued expansion, the firm is seeking an analytical and client‑focused Business Manager to join their Investment Services team.

Key Responsibilties:

• Act as a professional representative of the firm in all written and verbal communications with clients, prospective investors, business partners, service providers, and fund directors.
• Maintain and update key client‑related records, including risk registers, investor data, capacity tracking, and performance/fee documentation.
• Perform in‑depth analysis on investor activity, returns, fee structures, and strategy capacity across various funds and client groups.
• Contribute to the creation of data‑driven materials such as performance factsheets, presentations, dashboards, and marketing analytics.
• Support the full client onboarding process and provide ongoing assistance to enhance client relationship management.
• Carry out research and analytical work to support the design and development of new products and initiatives.
  
  

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree or above.
• 3-5 years' relevant experience in investment consulting, securities, or asset management, with a strong focus on data management and analytics.
• CFA or actuarial training advantageous.
• Strong Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and PDF skills.
• Strong numerical ability; statistical knowledge is an advantage.
• Adapt into a fast-paced environment, with ability to provide highest quality output for the business
• Native‑level written and spoken English.
