Business QA Associate - International Wealth & Premier Banking

We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Business QA Associate - International Wealth & Premier Banking.

In this role you will:

• Responsible for Business Testing with the local countries for changes to the digital channels in public website, Internet Banking, mobile, and staff channel applications
• Ensure changes meet customer expectations by identifying, tracking, and addressing defects before release
• Prepare, develop, and execute test cases based on business requirements, covering both functional and non-functional aspects
• Perform manual and automated testing, document results, and report discrepancies or defects
• Log and track defects, collaborating with developers to clarify issues and verify fixes
• Maintain comprehensive testing documentation and contribute to user manuals and training materials
• Coordinate and monitor testing tasks for projects, support validation activities for live releases, and escalate issues as needed
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, participate in meetings, and promote adoption of testing standards and process improvements

To be successful you will need:

• Good knowledge and experience of the testing process
• Strong awareness of digital channels and customer expectations
• Highly collaborative team player who recognizes specialized roles and responsibilities
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for explaining complex issues
• Good decision-making skills to evaluate and prioritize defects based on impact
• Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and innovative in approaching tasks and delivering goals
• Ability to influence and challenge to ensure customer needs are represented
• Fluent in spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin; fresh graduates are welcome
