Business Reporting Specialist, Executive Office

Position Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive professional to support CSI management by preparing comprehensive reports, data analyses, and high quality presentations. This role will be responsible for gathering relevant data from various sources, organizing information, and creating clear, visually appealing materials that help leadership make informed decisions.

Key Areas of Responsibilities

• Collect, analyse, and interpret data relevant to CSI operations, projects, and performance metrics.
• Prepare periodic and ad-hoc management reports, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timeliness.
• Develop professional presentations, dashboards, and visual materials tailored to executive audiences.
• Collaborate with different departments to obtain required data and insights.
• Ensure messaging in reports/presentations aligns with CSI's strategic priorities and goals.
• Maintain templates, standards, and best practices for reporting and presentation materials.
• Identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement based on data analysis.
• Support management in preparing materials for senior management meetings and strategic planning sessions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Administration, Communications, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in business reporting
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint; experience with data visualization tools is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Strong attention to detail, with a knack for turning complex data into clear, actionable insights.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
• Analytical mindset combined with creativity for impactful storytelling through visuals.
• Experience in management reporting, business analysis, or corporate communications.
• Familiarity with CSI’s industry or related sectors.
• Excellent command of English and Mandarin, Cantonese will be a plus
