Job Description - Business Strategy Manager/ Deputy Business Strategy Manager (Insurance Sales Support)

Responsibilities:

Handle all team operation issues including HR, sales strategy and training to support team and branch insurance sales activities
Expertise in insurance products, market activities and complaint handling
Perform clerical duties and ad hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements:

Degree holder or above in Banking, Finance or related disciplines
At least 5 year working experience, including 3 years working experiences in banking sector
Proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel is a must
Proficiency in Cantonese, Mandarin and English in both written and verbal communication
Good communication skill, can work independently and work under high pressure
Candidate with less experience will be considered as Deputy Business Strategy Manager
