Job Description - Business Technology Manager (Affiliated and Overseas Entities IT Risk Control)

Roles and Responsibilities:

Liaise among business and IT units to ensure requirements are well defines and properly implemented.
Plan and manage the execution of project lifecycle, requirement gathering, analysis, implementation effectively
Assisting in the management of IT projects across the bank, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are achieved on time.
Monitoring IT Budgets, schedules, and resources to optimize delivery outcomes.
Preparing and presenting IT project status reports to leadership teams.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in information Technology, Computer Science or related fields.
Detailed oriented with solid soft skills to balance technical and business requirements.
Excellent management and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams.
Strong documentations skills, with the ability to produce clear and concise reports and project deliverables.
Good command of both written and spoken English with Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese).
Solid experience in word, excel and power point
