About the Role

This role will serve as a digital learning designer to participate in the design and development of engaging and interactive digital learning content. (e.g. eLearning modules, videos, simulations, and microlearning) & promotion items.

This role contributes to the delivery of customer outcomes that are reliable, thoughtful, and create meaningful impact for customers and society. The role holder is expected to embed a customer first mindset in all decisions and actions by developing a clear understanding of customer needs, taking end to end ownership to resolve issues, and working collaboratively across teams to continuously enhance the customer journey-both directly and indirectly.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Design & develop eLearning courseware materials
• Ensure learning materials are aligned with instructional design principles, learning objectives, and organizational goals
• Prepare & develop marketing & promotion Items such as videos and posters
• Manage and update content on internal digital promotion platforms
• Perform ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned

Minimum Job Requirements:

Education and Experience

• High diploma or above, major in creative media, design or related disciplines
• Pleasant, creative, independent, responsible, proactive & high flexibility
• Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud, Camtasia, Canva and AI tools e.g Heygen
• Proficient in eLearning authoring tools like iSpring / Articulate Storyline
• Ability on multimedia design, videos production would be an advantage
• Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and visual storytelling techniques.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
• Immediate available is highly preferred
• You are required to obtain relevant license if your job involves in regulated activities
