Job Descriptions:
- Formulate buy plans and OTB plans to achieve the company business objectives.
- Implementing merchandise selection and assortment.
- Formulate the sales forecast, OTB budget and drive the buying activities in accordance with Company’s strategies.
- Monitor merchandise flow to achieve sales, profit and inventory target.
- Stock Management processes including allocation, replenishment and consolidation.
- Maintain constructive relationship with suppliers for business development.
- Prepare regular reports to analyse and review sales performance and inventory level.
- Analyse market trend and competitors and make recommendation for improvement.
- Execute product training to ensure competent product knowledge of frontline staffs.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, fashion or related field disciplines.
- 8 -10 years solid buying experience with at least 2 - 3 years of managerial experience gained from womenswear or menswear retail.
- Experienced in multi-brand retailer is a must.
- Good negotiation and communication skills.
- Strong sense in market trends with fashion vision suitable for kapok
- Excellent analytical, organization and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work under pressure and tight schedules.
- Self motivated, well organized and strong interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English & Chinese.
- High proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Overseas travel is required.
- Immediate availability is preferred.
**Candidate with less experience will be considered for the position as Assistant Buying Manager**
