I am currently helping our client searching for a strong Developer with experience in C++ or C# in Equity Market Making.

Key Responsibilities

• System Development & Architecture: Design and implement robust, low-latency trading platforms and market connectivity components (fix engines, market data handlers) in C++ or C#.
• Algorithm Implementation: Translate quantitative research into production-ready code for market-making strategies, including automated quoting, hedging, and arbitrage strategies.
• Performance Optimization: Continuously improve system speed and efficiency, minimizing latency in order execution.
• Risk Management Systems: Develop tools for real-time risk monitoring, including position limits, exposure tracking, and VaR (Value at Risk) calculations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Programming Languages: Strong proficiency in C++ or C#.
• System Design: Experience in building high-performance, distributed, and multi-threaded systems.
• Domain Knowledge: Solid understanding of equity market microstructure, order types, and exchange connectivity (e.g., HKEX).
• Quantitative Background: Knowledge of statistics, probability, and financial derivatives pricing models.
