Job Description - Call Centre Supervisor

The Repulse Bay first opened its doors on New Year's Day 1920 and quickly became the location for Hong Kong's high society. Today, The Repulse Bay's residential complex offers luxury apartments as well as state-of-the-art recreation facilities with two award-wining restaurants against a breathtaking view of the sea. The Repulse Bay is seeking a Call Centre Supervisor to assist in overseeing the daily operations of the call centre to ensure that customer service standards are not only met but exceeded. 

  • Experience in hospitality or residential environments
  • Ensure customer service standards are met and exceeded

Key Accountabilities

  • Oversee the daily operations of the call centre, ensuring that customer service standards are met and exceeded
  • Answer incoming calls or chat platforms, and provide courteous and prompt service to both internal and external customers in accordance with our service standards
  • Manage escalated customer inquiries and address issues promptly and professionally
  • Manage restaurant bookings and respond to general enquiries about the complex with exceptional guest service
  • Collaborate effectively with other departments to facilitate seamless communication and coordination

General Requirements

  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in a hotel telephone department or related customer service roles
  • Hold a Higher Diploma or higher qualification in Hospitality Management or a related discipline
  • Good knowledge in using computer applications
  • Proficient in spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
