Job Highlights

Call Quality Assurance and Coaching 

Responsibilities:

Identify, evaluate and feedback the issues to telemarketing & customer service based on call monitoring exercise 

Provide training & quality assurance orientation training to both internal partners and external stakeholders

Monitor and evaluate customer services and telemarketing call activities 

Compile statistical reports and highlight areas for improvement to CS Team

Manage day-to-day customer’s email and correspondence activities

Support other ad hoc tasks assigned by supervisor(s)

 Requirements:

Associate Degree/Diploma in any discipline

Experience in in quality assurance to perform call monitoring is an advantage 

At least 2 years’ of experience in general insurance industry

IIQE Paper 1 and 2 are preferred

Mature, independent, self-motivated with strong interpersonal and written communication skill

Proactive, assertive, result driven individual and able to work under pressure

Proficient in written and spoken English & Cantonese

PC literate in MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Access
