Role Overview:

This role is intended to support the organisation’s human resources functions in a technical environment, focusing on campus talent acquisition and HR partnership activities to strengthen the company's technical teams.

Key Skills & Experience:

• Data analyst skills, specifically related to CHN HF Data – Data analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Support campus recruitment efforts and onboarding processes

• Act as HR Business Partner for technical teams, providing HR support and guidance

• Assist with data analysis to inform HR strategies and decisions

• Manage day-to-day HR operations within an onsite environment

• Collaborate with team members to ensure effective HR practices within the organisation

Requirements:

• Right to work in the location

• Experience related to data analysis in a technical or engineering context

• Ability to work onsite

• Permanent employment status within the Asia region

• Available to start from 24/03/2026
