Job Description - Capacity Coordinator

Consolidate and validate country-level forecasts, booking trends, and loading capacity to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with operational and commercial needs.
Plan and manage capacity allocation by distributing space across countries and vessels, optimizing load factors, and ensuring compliance with established capacity guidelines.
Partner with the Planning Team to assess space utilization and drive initiatives that enhance capacity efficiency.
Coordinate closely with country offices, transshipment hubs, and external stakeholders to manage cargo flow, secure required space, resolve allocation challenges, and ensure seamless execution of operational plans.
Monitor planned versus actual performance, analyze variances, and follow up with relevant parties to drive timely corrective actions.
Prepare and maintain capacity reports, allocation summaries, and utilization analyses, ensuring data accuracy and timely distribution to internal stakeholders. Maintain up‑to‑date records in all relevant systems.

Diploma holder or above, preferably in logistics, supply chain, business, or a related discipline.
Strong command of spoken and written English.
A proactive and collaborative team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with data analysis, reporting tools, or logistics systems is an advantage.
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work under time-sensitive operational environments.
