Job Title: Capital Markets (Execution), VP

Location: Central, Hong Kong

Job Responsibilities:

• Execution Work: Assist superiors with all execution tasks related to Equity Capital Markets (ECM) and Debt Capital Markets (DCM) transactions, including documentation and coordination with internal departments and external parties.
• Pitchbook Preparation: Prepare pitchbooks, market updates, and analyses to support the origination of ECM and DCM transactions.
• Roadshows and Marketing: Organize and coordinate roadshows, non-deal roadshows (NDRs), and other marketing activities to promote corporate finance transactions.
• Client Engagement: Accompany corporate clients during roadshow meetings, gather feedback, and prepare summary reports for clients.
• Training and Coaching: Mentor and train junior team members on execution processes and techniques.
• Ad hoc Tasks: Perform any other tasks as assigned by superiors.

Job Requirements:

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Economics, or related fields.
• Licensing: Must be an SFC licensed representative.
• Experience: At least 5 years of relevant experience in ECM or corporate finance; experience in DCM is beneficial.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in data-mining software (e.g., Bloomberg, Dealogic, WIND, Choice) and Microsoft Office.
• Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal, project management, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Attention to Detail: Detail-oriented with a strong numerical sense.
• Language Proficiency: Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese; fluency in Mandarin is essential.
